The group is for women interested in taking strides toward improving their health, their relationships with other women, and their community. Strides will participate in local 5k charity races once a month. We will meet & ride together & also spend some time together after the race. All fitness levels are welcome. All races are for runners or walkers. We will communicate by phone and/or e-mail.
